GACS chatbot responses are generated based on the data and documents you provide, or general AI training. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee the chatbot's responses are always accurate, complete, or up to date
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating chatbot output before relying on it for business decisions

When you upload documents, FAQs, or other content to train your chatbot, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use this content
• It does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Some features of our Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as outlined during signup
• Understand that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

All content, branding, and technology related to GACS (excluding user-provided content) is the intellectual property of GACS and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, CRMs). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GACS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
